From 21st October 2017 to April 29th 2018 Palazzo Forti in Verona will host an interesting exhibition dedicated to the great art of Fernando Botero, who chose this ancient palace to celebrate its 85th anniversary and celebrate its 50th career. A collection of more than 50 works, recalling the classic fairytale and fantastic atmospheres of Latin America, characterized by luscious bodies, irony and nostalgia, exuberant shapes and colors. The protagonists of his paintings are always devoid of recognizable moods, they do not feel joy or pain. Botero does not give any judgment to the protagonists of his works. No moral and psychological dimension. To paint him is simply an inner necessity, but also a constant search for the ideal picture that can never be reached.
